Returns

The Buyer can request to return an item within 10 days of order receipt for the following reasons: if it does not correspond to the product ordered; if it is not present in the parcel.

The shipping fees and the returns are at the buyer’s expenses.

Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging.

Please drop us an email contact@premiummallonline.com for the returning address of the product as a different product is originating from various branded retailers listed in the USA and Europe.

Returns may not be accepted if item conditions are not met.

Refunds

Our store only offers refunds for a product that does not correspond to the product ordered or missing parcels.

Drop us an email at contact@premiummallonline.com with a detailed description of the wrong shipment of product and attached image of the product and your order number. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after investigating the issue.

If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
